Nancy Ori, owner of New Jersey Media Center and respected internationally as an industrial photographer and video producer for over 30 years, will be instructing.

She established the New Jersey Photography Forum, which is a group of professional and semi-professional photographers who meet regularly to discuss their work, as well as exhibit within the state.  Since inception, the Forum has grown under Nancy’s direction to become the largest group of exhibiting fine art photographers in the state and has now expanded to include the new Digital Arts Group of the New Jersey Photography Forum.  Nancy has also photographed in the tradition of her long-time mentor, Ansel Adams, and is affiliated with the Ansel Adams Workshop in California.

In this lecture and discussion workshop, color, design, and light will be covered across 4 sessions.  There will be a critique session on content management, technical issues, and how to make your photographs better. At this time, images created by the students for workshop assignments will be selected for an exhibition in the Unique Gallery to be held in March and April of 2010.

These sessions will benefit beginner or intermediate photographers, as well as other artists using photography in their art with digital cameras.  Cameras, accessories, notebook and instruction books should be brought to each session. Assignments will be given at each session.  Spots are limited, so sign up soon!
