Eligibility: No purchase is necessary to enter or claim prize. The @UniquePhoto Twitter Contest (the “Contest”) is open to anyone who is at least eighteen (18) years of age & Legal United States of America Resident. Unique Photo (“Sponsor”) and its respective companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, advertising agencies, and the families and persons living in the same household as such employees, are not eligible to participate. How To Enter:
(1a) Follow @UniquePhoto, @UniquePhotoPres, or both on Twitter. Each follow counts as one registration. A person can register once for @UniquePhoto and once for @UniquePhotoPres. Winner must be following @UniquePhoto and/or @UniquePhotoPres for at least 21 days post-contest deadline.
(1b) Retweet or New Post one or both of the phrases above and Unique Photo will pick a winner from the tweeters to win an Olympus Pen Camera.
(2) The contest begins at 5:30PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) on August 23rd, 2010 and ends at 11:00PM EST on November 20th, 2010 and must reach 5,000 retweets with 5,000 registrations (new followers) (the “Contest Period”). In the event 5,000 retweets and registrations (new followers) are not met, Unique Photo holds the right to extend the contest until a date after enough participation is met.
(3) In the event of a dispute over the identity of an entrant, the entrant will be the registered owner of the Twitter account.
(4) Selection Of Winner: At the end of the Contest Period, one entrant will be randomly selected by the Sponsor from the eligible pool of entries. The odds of winning depend upon the number of entries (followers who have retweeted) received. The winner will be notified by direct message on or about ten (10) days after the applicable entry period ends. The winner must direct message on or about ten (10) days with his or her name and address of delivery to receive prize.
(5) Prize will be sent for delivery within ten (10) days of contact from winner. The winner must provide correct name and mailing address for the delivery of prize. Name and delivery address cannot be altered once given. Winner agrees that delivery time through mail will be at the discretion of the Carrier and that Unique Photo cannot control actual delivery time. Prize delivery will come with a tracking number sent to winner through Twitter Direct Message. Winner agrees that it is his or her responsibility to track the package. Should the package become lost, stolen, or sent back to UniquePhoto before reaching its destination, winner agrees that a 2 month hold on the re-delivery of the prize will take effect.
(6) Winner agrees that their First Name and Twitter account name may be posted on UniquePhoto.com as well as in any promotional or commercial material for Unique Photo.
(7) Winner will be required to sign and return to Sponsor an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release within fourteen (14) days of the date of winning notification; otherwise the prize will be forfeited, and a new winner will be randomly selected.
