Tamron USA just announced their newest lens, the SP 70-300mm f/4-5.6 DI VC for Nikon cameras. Sony and Canon mounts will become available soon as well. This should be a solid addition from Tamron and it has all of their best features such as Vibration Control and Ultrasonic Silent Drive. I am sure Unique will be getting this lens soon. It should be a legitimate competitor to the similar offerings from Canon, Nikon, and Sony. The Sony model will not have VC as Sony Alpha series bodies have in-body stabilization.
